Thinking of returning an item?

Before returning any item(s) to BJ’s & West please inform us & get confirmation that it is acceptable. Contact us at info@bjs-west.co.uk or telephone +44 (0)1202 525842.

As we cannot guarantee the transit of your returned item(s) we recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service this will be at your cost. Along with the returned item(s) please provide your details and the reason for returning the item(s).

Upon receipt of your returned item(s) we will then dispatch a suitable replacement or refund as soon as possible, only the cost of the item can be refunded not carriage.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME STATE THEY WERE RECEIVED.

Clothing must be on its hanger with the protective cover. Boots in their original box with no sellotape or writing on the box. A re-stocking fee will be charged for items that are returned not in their original state.
